  • 2 - 1-sided, 2-up, 3-hole paper

  • 4 - 2-sided, 1-up, no-hole paper
  • 5 - 1-sided, 1-up, no-hole paper
  • E - 2-sided, 2-up, no-hole paper
  • F - 1-sided, 2-up, no-hole paper

Landscape orientation
